Yeah, actually on the plus side, I think it's probably one of the latest shows on Indie, which is when I start listening. I requested a nite owl show on the MySpace forum but didn't think they'd ever really put one on. So I'll try and give a listen and let you guys know how the show is.

Remember the PayPal thingie that you mentioned regarding freeing Gooch??? Well, I am going to go out on a limb and say that you can probably buy yourself one with that bad boy account....might even be able to get a midget one at that....

Hello and new here:
When I found out about this, I was quite upset as I don't want to hear bimbos disguised as punks and goths on my favorite radio station. Bimbos who only disguise themselves as something because it's the latest hipster trend.
On top of that, I'm sickened by their owner Sean Suhl and his unethical business practices and radical views.
Rather than try to explain things, have a look at this community who point out this greedylittle man's business practices.

Suicide Girls explained
Guys, guys, guys. Suicide Girls do an amazing show. For awhile it was a traveling thing, which you paid for like it was a play or a concert. And they would strip to rock songs, well-choreographed. The schtick was/is that they are tatttooed and pierced and take no crap. (Supposedly)
What this guy in here is saying now is that, indeed, they do take a lot of crap. But all the info seems to be dated (like a year or more).
But it was an interesting take on the whole stripping concept. I enjoyed it.
What they have to bring to radio when you can't SEE them stripping I don't really understand, but ok.
I trust whatever Indie decides to do, they haven't done anything wrong yet.

Yeah, I think it started off as just a site to see "punk" girls with dyed hair and tats get naked. You could post your own pics and profile, it was kind of like a naughtier version of MySpace. Then they had their own live show with stripping, dancing, and somethnig with...chocolate syrup? They were on Jonesy ages ago and when they told him to join up for their bad boys section his reply was, "I'm a lone ranger, baby. I ride alone, honey." haha Truly the man that can. And I guess now you can add disc jockeys at Indie 103.1 to their resume. Like I said, midnight is usually my operating hour and I'm kind of glad they decided to put a show on that late for us nite owls. I'll try to remember to listen and give you guys a full report Monday morning. Boo ya!

It was pretty lame, as much of it as I listened to.
The only good thing about it is that they get an excuse to play "girl" music, which Indie doesn't play enough of. But certainly not worth staying up for. (Besides, isn't Rodney on at that time? Given my druthers...Rod it is.)

I admit it wasn't the greatest interview but there is a bunch of devoted TWP fans (mostly in the u.k) on their chatboard who want ot hear "anything" TWP related. Is a good opp for them to check out Jonsey show also & indie as a whole.
+ the acoustic song was pretty good.

mock suicides
They just use "suicide" as a concept. Like it's the lowest you can go. Their whole schtick is based on, let's debase ourselves before the guys do, cause that gives us power, or something.

We should make them listen to Tegan & Sara! That will fill them with endless joy killing them; taking them off the radio and inturn that will release Dickie from Hal Sparks and the "Wienne Roast" Looks like a win win win win situation for everyone! I should be an arbatrator!!

the whole story
Yes, but the flaw in your argument, and you have to visit TWO Indie sites to get the whole story here, but Dicky was in Kristee's bathroom, and Hal Sparks was in my bedroom... as to those Wienies...well, best left unsaid, I'd say.
Oh yeah, and Gooch was watching both of our webcams, and laughing at Kristee and getting mad at me.
But yes, Tegan and Sara full BLAST for the Suicide Girls! Especially Walking with a Ghost!

I dunno about that....My buddy Rue (Paul's brother) is either playing with Manic Hispanic or Shattered Faith...I am not sure which band yet..but he asked me to go, so I asked Gooch to go and go we are going..(boy, my AP English teacher would have a fit over THAT sentence)....

And as far as the rest, I just calls 'em as I sees 'em. Good thing you're totally straight or I'd be in even more trouble than I already am with that "sex" thing.
