From Rollins's e-mail list:
Henry Rollins and his show Harmony In My Head back on Indie 103.1 Tuesday nights 8-10 pm, starting December 27, 2005.
***
Hello. I am happy to announce that I will be back on Indie 103.1 with my show, Harmony In My Head, on Tuesday nights from 8 to 10 pm West Coast Time starting 12-27-05 (a year to the day we shut ‘er down last year).

Recently my manager told me that the Indie folks asked if I wanted to be back on the station, and seeing I was going to be in town fairly often in the next several months, I thought about it for about for half a second and said yes.

For those of you who listened to the show last year: It’s more of the same. All kinds of music and commentary and, of course, there will be visits from Heidi Almighty. The Harmony In My Head site, http://www.harmonyinmyhead.com, will be back up with all the annotated notes and the show can be streamed from the Indie site: http://www.indie1031.fm. I am presently working on the play list for broadcast #1 and it’s going to be a good one! The show wouldn’t be the real deal if Engineer X wasn’t there with me so I asked him if he could do it and he can so we’re back at full strength! If you liked the notes from the show last year, an expanded version of them is available as a book called Fanatic! available from http://www.21361.com.

For those of you who didn’t catch the show last year: I had a radio show on Indie 103.1 FM in Los Angeles called Harmony In My Head (named after the great Buzzcocks song). I have complete say in what I play and last year played everything from Bartok to Black Sabbath. If I like it, I play it. Every night after the show, I post an annotated play list with info on the bands, site addresses and usually way too much music fanatic information. I play a lot of different music and I do my best to stay away from the regular stuff played on the station all day, which isn’t all that hard to do. So, if you’d like to hear 2 hours of cool music and my own special brand of vitriol once a week, be sure to listen to the show.

Also: I will be working on putting more content on the 21361 website. That’s what I will be doing all through the Christmas holiday. Hopefully in early 2006 it will be up there. I have some ideas but it will take hours and thousands of words to get them over the wall, so I have my work cut out for me. I’m on it though.

Ok, back to the mail order. Thanks again for coming out to the shows this year and checking out the new books, etc. I can’t wait to get back on the air. Thanks! Henry

This is GREAT news!

That is cool but...where does that leave Rob Zombie and the Spookshow International? Hopefully one show won't replace the other like last time and they find a slot for Mr. and Mrs. Zombie.

According to Henry's announcement, his show will be on Tuesdays 8-10pm so right before the Red Zone. So I expect Rob Zombie will stay on Monday nights and all will be right with the world.

I remember hearing his show snce I'd be in my car a lot on Tuesday.

I think Rollins is like the quintiscential punk/alternative philosopher/musician.

He reminds me of a tough Mark McGrath.

Recommended Watching - I get them from Netflix (best thing Ive ever done by the way)

The Office (BBC 2001) - classic, subtle humor, getts funnier every episode as the characters develop - I think America made a US version but this was the original BBC. I have yet to see the 2nd series. Everyones got see this.

Jeeves & Wooster - I used to watch this on tele in the U>k years ago just got it for the memories. Very snooty upperclass funny.

Thin Blue Line - Rowan Atkison as the Bill - really good but I prefer The Black Adder & Mr Bean. Written by Ben Elton (The Young Ones etc)

Only Fools & Horses - I'm half way through this but used to watch this on t.v iin U.K. Remenderd of how brilliant David Jason is.

Yip, he saw the photo of t.k's fight with GWAR and backed right off.

Simialiar incident happened when I went out drinking with the Oasis, Russell Crowe, Pete Doherty & Morrisey.

They are all violent bastards after a few pints
