To all who read this...
To all who can still hear his voice...
To all who shared with us how he changed your life...
To all who think Dec. 22 is more important than Dec. 25...
To all who let his music echo out in a dark alley or abandon basement...
To all who screamed his lyrics at the top of their lungs...
To all he made smile...
This one is for you.
R.I.P., Joe Strummer

Well done, Gidge. Good on you! I'll never forget seeing the boys at the US festival. (God, I'm old!)

As did my co-worker, Kelly. She's seen all the greats play.

Jake was there as well...of course, I didn't know him then...but Himself is bitter that we were both there....I think T Bone Burnett was on the bill too....

Geez, I don't even remember where I was working in '82. Probably a defense contract in Anaheim. I just remember drinking a lot - off hours of course.
