(PAP) Los Angeles, CA- A woman posting on a local radio station message board as Michebel is really Pamela Des Barres the groupie from the 60's and 70's. When asked why she went from doing rock stars to radio managment she replied "Well, the rockers move around too much now. I have a fake hip, and just can't keep up with them. The radio managment seem to stay in one place, and are much easier to (stalk) find." I guess getting old has it drawbacks. Miss Des Barres or Michebel as she like to be know as now, still claims to have her mouth on the pulse of the music industry. When asked about Michebel the radio managment told this reporter that "she just showed up one day, and never left. we tried to get rid of her, but you know how those groupies are. The one good thing about her being here is that I no longer have to wipe myself, and the "trick jaw" comes in pretty handy also." Can we expect to get a new book out of this? I guess time will tell.

She wrote an incredible book. She gives regular readings of her writings. She's known many amazing people intimately. Yeah, I think that's something to be valued. She captured the spirit of an era in her book, too, btw, due to her accessibility to it.

Everyone in Hollywood is "a whore" on some level.
