Dont we all get caught up in all the music industries push to
get us to buy new cd's?...I know I do

....that's why I pirate all the
mp3z on my playlists

...but back when I actually bought music
one my fav's was these guys!

Some o the best of the 70's....huh?
just sharing again....does anybody remember keg parties?

are you sneaking a peek at some of my other ramblings elsewhere??
i just went off on how great QUEEN was and how they were / are not regarded as highly as they should be....
Freddie was a true talent... great voice... great showman.....
i miss em....

Naw they just did a 2 fer tuesday on KLOS o queen during my afternoon
"tea time" and I just had to blurt something out globaly...(tea does crazy thing to me...go figure)I can tell you where I was the first time I ever heard o few of their songs!....
let the record forever henceforth indicate that the shloemoe has ALLWAYS
been and will continue(paul rodgers perhaps notwithstanding)to ALLWAYS
be a sincere queen fan....or maybe Im just trying to score points w/jr?
ew....now I have to go over to myspace to look at jr page to see what
your talkin bout.

I love Queen. At least with Freddie. I am not so sure about Queen without Freddie though. Dosent make sence.
Heard it was pretty good show though.

i heard em rehearsing...
it was merely "queen like" or "queen lite"
yeah i hear you about it doesnt seem right
i dont like it when they fill in for the dead..

I loved Queen too. Saw them 3 times & have most of the albums. What gets played on the radio is such a small sample of what they could do. Their albums were always worth buying. I thought Freddie was one of the greatest singers & frontmen ever & Brian has such a distinctive guitar style. On PBS, I saw the concert with Paul Rodgers singing lead. They did his songs & the Queen tunes. They were different & interesting, not bad but not Queen. Brian May & Roger Taylor are the only original members left. John Deacon has basically retired from performing.
