Soul Coughing

Post by gidgetgoestohell »

I was at Tower Records last night with Himself, getting a b-day present for a friend of his (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, don't ask) and I saw a couple of CDs by the band....

I thought about Tom....and wondered if he too was clueless at the moment....

Mike Doughty was the lead singer of them. He has a song on indie right now. Something about looking out of a well or something.

Oh, I just heard that song today and wondered who it was. Yeah, that makes sense. He likes to be repeat words over and over, so it makes sense that's him. lol I loved Never Gonna Come Back Down Again that he did with BT, and Circles by Soul Coughing.

Hm, Tom could probably give a full run down of which albums are the best. I just know a handful of singles by them.

He was the one who sang on the BT song?? I love that song! I Sharked the show...but I didn't know who he was til I looked up his name. I thought he kinda sounded like Dave Pirner on the acoustic numbers on Jonesy.
