26 years ago MTV came out on cable...I kinda thought is was
cool but oh so repetitive....huh?...what I did like was Alternative
Nation with Kennedy...

long time ago (15 years more or less) I watched mtv programas like "120 minutes" sometimes
"live on mtv" I remember one of my fav bands from 90`s Carter USM, Manic Street Preacher in a wild momment too.

We didn't get MTV in canada unless you had satellite tv which none of us working class had...you had to go to a bar to watch it.MuchMusic was the canadian version of MTV which played a lot of canadian music...which sucked and still sucks.I was in it for depeche mode,duranduran,echo and the bunnymen...etc. 8)

I like Stone Temple Pilots and Nirvana...thats about it though.I noticed when a band is a success..every fuckin band copys the sound.It started to sound all the same in the 90's for me..it got boring.

maybe...but that sound was cool...I need more distortion and amplifiers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yessir! I remember staying up late Sunday nights at midnight to tune in. They would usually debut a new video on there which was just about always fantastic.
