The Aviator was one of the best movies last year. just to see Cate Blanchett do Katherine Hepburn, it's worth it. But Leo is AWESOME. That Oscar shoulda been his.

Um, ew. She's dead.

And I don't know what Alda won for, but it wasn't an Oscar for Aviator.

Seriously, if i were an actress i'd be condemed to playing a "Joey on Dawson's Creek" type of role on some WB teen-drama.....

I think that's where Leo belongs, I can't take him seriously playing the role of a "MAN"!

I dunno. My son would probably take issue with you on that one Annie. His friends think I rock, but him, not so much. I suppose that is the nature of the beast....

You hit it smack dab on the head with Glenn though.....LOL

Yeah, just don't graduate to playing "Joey decides to branch out and play opposite someone in a large black cape" type of roles.

If I've shaved I get carded for Lotto tickets

Posted: Wed Jun 29, 2005 10:29 am
by *Annie*
I don't play the Lotto, but whenever I have to buy it for someone else or buy some smokes, I get the "How old are you?" followed by the eye squint, or the 'look into my eyes so I can tell if you're lying' look.... sometimes I get the surprise question "WHAT YEAR WERE YOU BORN!??" to catch me off guard.... it's like, just card me and it'll be easier!!!!

Posted: Wed Jun 29, 2005 10:33 am
by obiwankobe
Depending on what kind of mood I'm in and the Ethnicity of the person selling the tickets I'll say "Hey, I don't ask to see your green card"
