There's just no stopping her: MySpace darling-turned-UK chart pop princess Lily Allen is headed our way. Capitol Records plans to release Allen's debut album, Alright Still, in America early next year. (It's out now in the UK on Parlophone.) A brief U.S. tour is in the works for October. And yet another nation shall be putty in her hands.
