Two Songs on Jonesy's Jukebox on 3/22

Post by irongiant99 »

What's the name of the two older songs that played on Jonesy's Jukebox that featured the woman from the Pretenders and Rosanna Arquette? One song was an older-sounding R&B, soul song (chorus went something like "watcha going to do?" and the second song sounded like a 1960s Kinks song, but only sort of. I think both songs preceded Dion's "Lovers Who Wander." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, it was probably Whatcha Gonna Do About It by the Pretenders.
A Small Faces cover, this track was recorded by the Pretenders exclusively for Flexipop magazine and released with the May 1981 issue, then reissued at a later date. Years later, WEA had the song remixed and released it as the B-side of the 1987 Kid remix with a slight name change to What You Gonna Do About It.

Don't know about the other song. I didn't know that Rosanna sings.
I'm in shape! Round is a shape!
