Okay, so I did a search on these lyrics and came up with Charlatans UK. Now, this song wasn't on Dicky's playlist this morning, but the lyrics seem to match and they've been played on Indie before. So I'm going to guess that this is the song you heard. I'll include the lyrics as well. The song is called, The Only One I Know.
