song on Jonesy's Jukebox today 9/28/05

Does anyone know what the name of (and who did it) is of a song Jonesy played this afternoon sometime before 2pm - - it was 2 songs before he did a giveaway for Sigur Ros tix (he whistled "Caught by the Fuzz" by Supergrass) - - the song right after it sounded like it was by the group James (or at least the singer from). Damn if I didn't wait and wait and wait for him to say what he had played and he never did! Urrrrgggh...
Please - help would be very appreciated.

YES! You are brilliant...
The band must be Hard Fi but it's the album that's called "CCTV" - - I think this tune is called "Tied Up Too Tight" - will investigate more. They sound interesting...
I have no concept of time or space sometimes...
