Strokes Announce US Tour

Pack up those Converse, Julian! The Strokes have just announced a 17-date US tour in support of their recently-released First Impressions Of Earth (RCA). Starting at the Hammerstein Ballroom in the band’s hometown of New York City on March 3, their theater tour will run for five weeks, wrapping up in Minneapolis on April 11. Today in London (where their album debuted at No. 1 on the charts) the band embarks on an already-sold-out, 18-date UK tour.
