Another Social Distortion In Between. The song is called Cold Feelings.

As for the song after Billy Idol, that's Generation X - Gimme Some Truth. So it was like a Billy Idol block. :D I LOVE that song, by the way.

In Between TK's show

Post by MicheBel »

Boy, I'm glad this is buried deep in the second page. Now anyone from the FCC, or anywhere else that's bitchy and weird about what's played on the radio, GO AWAY.

OK, now that we're alone:

In Between

BILLY IDOL Body Snatcher (Friday's concert)

and

U2 Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own (Monday's San Diego concert)

we had

some audio from Saturday's concert

Elvis Costello--Just Don't Know What to Do (With Myself) :)

Yeah, baby. Rock on, Indie. You rule!!!

I want to say the Louie Louie cover is Black Flag. I'm pretty sure I saw that on the Indie player the other night.

Take the C.A.S.H. is by Wreckless Eric. Good song.

And is that a new Gorillaz song? I don't think it's off their one big album. I was wondering if they'd ever come out with a follow up disc.

Uh...well, let's see. The Raveonettes song was on yes.net, the Jimmy Eat World song was on yes.net, but the Joey Ramone cover which I know and love was NOT listed on yes.net thus making it an In Between. That's the facts and I'm sticking to my story. Just the facts, ma'am!

-Kevin

Note to Miche: The In Between I posted played a few minutes before I posted it, so right before 3 am this morning.

Yeah, and what's with them playing that Ravonettes song ONLY at 3 am? Why not during the day? Huh?

Alright, to round out the 2 o'clock hour the Indie streaming player did that annoying thing where it skips halfway from one song into the second half of another song. Do you know what I mean? Well at least it left ample room for not one, but two In Between songs.

In Between

Weezer - Beverly Hills

AND

Graham Coxon (lead singer of Blur) - Freakin' Out

We had...

Nada Surf - Hi-Speed Love (beautiful song by a great band!)

AND

Sugarcubes - Deus

-Kevin

Just before 2:30 am.

In Between

Bloc Party - Banquet

AND

Pearl Jam - Even Flow

We had...

Eddie Vedder and Steve Jones - I Can't Explain

I guess it was an Ed block, of which I have no problem. :D

Note to Miche: Dead 60's -Riot Radio is playing as I speak. Groove!

No Riot Radio Yet Today :-(

Post by MicheBel »

Kevin--

I'm in serious depression, because I haven't heard Riot Radio even ONCE yet today.

But I muster on...

In Between

the end of Dicky's show: NEIL DIAMOND I Am...I Said

and the beginning of the next show: STEREOPHONICS Dakota

we had

The Police--Hole in My Heart

and, in an In Between Two-fer

In Between

DOVES Black And White Town

and

BLACK REBEL MOTORCYCLE CLUB Stop

we had

a song with these lyrics: ("give a little bit of your love to me, cause I'm waiting right here in my open arms...until you get hurt")
