Phantom Planet on Friday and now...
Jack Johnson! Come on, you can do better than that. Hell if I wanted to hear this song I'd listen to Star 98.7...Here's an idea how about playing Outkast "Hey Ya!"

Awwwwwww.... calm down... you're coming down too hard on Indie! 1, I love Jack Johnson and I loved him b4 Star or KROQ was playing him because he's awesome. You know I love Coldplay and Phantom Planet.... same reasoning.
I still love Indie, even if they play Green Day, I can forgive them....

Indie played Jack Johnson? That's a bit odd. I remember one time TK was talking about him and how G. Love discovered him, I think. He said something along the lines of, "Yeah, good job. Oh well, at least Star 98.7 will always have someone to play." OUCH! So I figured Indie would never play him. I actually like some Jack Johnson, too. Mellow surf rock type stuff. Oh yeah, plus his song with Handsome Boy Modeling School, Breakdown, is great too.

Yeah, I heard it... it's alright, but the original's great and it sounds too similar, so no surprises.
